Job Title: Bookkeeper (Entry level)
Location: Indian Trail, NC 29707 (100% On-Site)
Part Time
Start Date: ASAP

A small, friendly office in Indian Trail is looking for an Entry-Level Bookkeeper to join the team! This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to grow into full-time for the right person. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a laid-back environment- dogs included!

What You’ll Do:
• Enter daily transactions and update ledgers
• Process vendor bills and assist with permits
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Perform general administrative and bookkeeping duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Past construction experience is a major plus
• Must be comfortable around dogs (they're part of the office vibe!)
