Data Entry Associate - CityGreen Services
CityGreen Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and completeness of all information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our database software from various sources, such as paper documents, electronic files, and web forms
- Verify the accuracy of the data entered, correcting any errors and ensuring all necessary information is included
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and timely data entry
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the database
- Update and maintain confidential records and files
- Keep track of received data and source documents, managing and organizing them for easy retrieval
- Continuously identify and propose process improvements to streamline data entry procedures and increase efficiency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with basic math and statistical concepts
- Fast typing skills (minimum of 60 WPM)
