Job Description

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance of Ariba/FICO/MM/HR modules, system configuration, writing functional requirement documents, and subsequent testing;
2. Responsible for business requirement research and process improvement, formulating corresponding solutions or optimization plans, and implementing them;
3. Monitor and analyze system exception plan data, provide effective guidance and improvement suggestions;
4. Participate in the formulation of system operation standards, update knowledge bases, and organize periodic training for end-users on business processes and system operations;
5. Responsible for business network fault consultation, judge general network faults based on descriptions, and propose rational solutions;
6. Responsible for daily network security inspections, network hardening, and handling network security incidents;
7. Assist the department head in managing the local IT team in Pakistan.
