We are currently seeking motivated customer focused All Marine Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves guiding customers through the Marine/Boat buying process—from first contact to final sale—while ensuring a positive and informative experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the boating industry, passionate about outdoor adventure, enjoys building customer relationships, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.
Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers, including on the water demonstrations.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Previous marine experience in sales is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Option 1: Base salary plus bonuses
Option 2: 100% commission-based plan
