Job Title: Client Relationship Coordinator (Part-Time).

Location: New York, NY (Coverage Area: Manhattan + The Hudson Valley).


Job Type:
Part-Time (2–3 days per week).

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an amazing community builder and relationship driven professional. We’re seeking a polished, organized, well-spoken, proactive, people-focused Client Relationship Manager to lead client outreach and relationship development across Manhattan and The Hudson Valley. This part-time role combines people-facing engagement with direct marketing support, ideal for someone who enjoys building connections and takes pride in making a strong brand impression. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, thrives in a self-directed role, and takes pride in creating a strong brand presence.

Your day-to-day will include visiting real estate and property management offices to deliver branded gifts and materials, making calls to cultivate warm leads, and supporting ongoing relationship-building initiatives. You’ll also handle the packaging and labeling of promotional materials, and spearhead our marketing efforts with design and social media tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively call real estate professionals and property managers to initiate and nurture warm leads.
  • Visit real estate offices in NYC and The Hudson Valley to introduce our brand, speak to real estate agents and office mangers, introducing our brand and services and deliver promotional gifts and materials.
  • Attend local networking events and industry gatherings to build visibility and cultivate new relationships.
  • Develop and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Prepare and organize marketing items, including branded gifts and print collateral.
  • Track outreach activity and relationship-building efforts using our internal systems (including entering leads into our internal CRM and drip campaigns). Work with 3rd party company to oversee drip campaigns and customer engagement journeys.
  • Use Canva (or similar tools) to support light graphic design tasks.
  • Help with content creation and posting across social media platforms.

  • Are highly organized, proactive, and great at following through.
  • Have basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
  • Are social media savvy and can do basic content creation.
  • Have the ability to travel to both NYC and The Hudson Valley as needed.
  • Have a valid drivers license with clean record, a reliable car, with valid insurance.
  • Bonus: Background in marketing, customer experience, or outreach roles is a plus.
