This is a remote position.
Process and validate data related to daycare, boarding, grooming, and training client records—working fully remote to support our team.
Update, reconcile, and maintain billing and payment data with high accuracy, whether working remote or collaborating with onsite staff.
Generate and distribute operational reports—including occupancy and revenue metrics—from your remote workspace.
Ensure all data entries comply with company standards and confidentiality protocols, even when inputting remotely from different systems.
Collaborate via remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, email, video) with the front desk, kennel, and grooming departments to resolve data discrepancies.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative roles—strongly suited for remote work given the independence required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), scheduling or CRM software, and reporting tools.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and comfort working remote with minimal supervision.
