About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) Consultant to support a long-term engagement with one of our healthcare clients. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals who specialize in SAP SuccessFactors and incentive/commission management within the U.S. health insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder presentations, and technical discussions.
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive SAP APMe solutions, estimates, and roadmaps.
Drive implementation and optimization of commission calculations, incentive plans, and payment processes.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to support SAP APMe configurations across insurance products.
Engage directly with U.S. health insurance clients to gather requirements and implement business-specific solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors .
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe Enterprise Edition) .
Strong knowledge of Commission & Incentive Plan Management .
Expertise in the following APMe modules:
Producer Management
Compensation & Performance
Agent Connection
Proficiency in managing agent, membership, premium, and commission components within insurance-focused implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with U.S. health insurance providers.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
