Bookkeeper
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you'll manage financial records, ensure accurate reconciliations, and oversee bookkeeping operations for multiple clients. ### Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts for all clients.
- Prepare and reconcile month-end financial reports.
- Supervise and support a team of bookkeepers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll accounts for clients.
- File sales and other specialized tax returns on behalf of clients.
- Take on special projects and adapt to evolving client needs.

### What We're Looking For:
We're searching for candidates with:
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (3-5 years minimum) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Multitasking Abilities: Capable of managing multiple clients and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Payroll Knowledge: A thorough understanding of auditing and reconciling third-party payroll reports with the general ledger.
- Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and exhibit a professional demeanor.
- Positive Attitude: A service-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
- Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Leadership: Ability to supervise and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative approach with a "can-do" attitude.

Bonus Points If You:
- Speak Portuguese (not required but appreciated).
