As a Virtual Real Estate Processing Partner, your job is to take real estate contracts that have already been negotiated and get them ready for assignment. You’ll manage digital documents, verify signatures, cross-check deadlines, and deliver complete folders that are ready for handoff to investors. You won’t speak to homeowners. You won’t make any sales. You won’t do any investing. You’ll support the mechanism that allows others to do those things—while getting paid per deal completed.
Your Responsibilities
Log new contracts into a pre-formatted tracking spreadsheet
Check for missing data: seller info, buyer names, prices, deadlines
Organize files inside pre-built Google Drive folders
Rename documents according to a provided naming convention
Use copy/paste scripts to follow up via email or text
Confirm contract completeness before passing it on
Finalize deal folders and mark them ready for assignment
Archive completed contracts in a long-term storage location
Maintain an active queue of in-process deals using a project checklist
