Turn your passion for taking care of others into a rewarding role with the growing team at BARE WAXING CENTER The prime responsibility of a Wax Associate is creating an exceptional guest experience, provide effective waxing AND sugaring services and expert consultation with respect to additional services and products that both ensure the success of each service but also post-service aftercare in order to exceed our guests' expectations. We will help you increase your speed, allow you to see more guests, and earn hourly wage, commissions, and tips. you must have a Cosmo or Esti lic in the state you work in

Esthetician Job Summary

We are seeking a highly-skilled and reliable licensed Skincare specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in our spa staff, ensuring the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience possible for our clients. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellence in customer service is a must. and ready to make money and have fun with a great team

Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome clients and explain to them our list of products and services.

Perform skin care services, such as waxing, lash perm, lash tint and intimate area lightening as requested by the client.

Suggest various upgrades such as the use of specialized skin care products.

Conduct pre and/or post-treatment consultations for clients with problem areas, advising how best to care for their skin.

Cultivate a clientele of repeat customers by incentivizing their return

Attend all staff meetings and continuing education workshops

Esthetician Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent—Associate’s degree a plus.

Current state anesthetic's ,full specialist or cosmologist license in good standing.

Passion for the industry

Full-time or part time availability, including weekends and evenings.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Skilled and knowledgeable regarding skin care products and cosmetics.

Able to suggest and sell products based on specific needs.

Experience with waxing a plus

Keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage time well and prioritize work.
